Warranty:

General Warranty Policy Applying to All Products:

  • All warranty claim decisions made by DMA are final.  DMA warranties extend to product purchase values only.
  • Warranty claims shall be processed by field representative, where applicable
  • DMA’s general policy is to field destroy.  However, no product shall be destroyed in the field until authorization is provided by DMA.
  • All warranty claims require an RMA number assignment for credit issuance. Contact DMA customer service to be assigned an RMA.
  • On occasion DMA may request return of claimed warranties for inspection
  • Warranty Claims shall include the following information:
  1. Part Number
  2. Production Batch Number
  3. Reason for Warranty/Defect

  • BrakeMaster Brake Wear Sensors: 12 month, 12,000 miles
  • BrakeMaster Brake Rotors & Drums: 2 Years, 24,000 miles
  • RideMaster Shocks and Complete Strut Assemblies
  • DMA Atlas Lift: Limited Lifetime Warranty
