With more than three decades of experience spanning sales, product development, marketing, and global operations, John has led large international teams, managed multi-million-dollar product portfolios, and built strong manufacturing and supplier partnerships around the world. He is widely recognized for his expertise in global sourcing, innovation, and bringing new technologies and products to market.
John holds both undergraduate and graduate business degrees and remains deeply involved in industry leadership and advocacy efforts. His entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to continuous improvement continue to guide DMA’s long-term strategy and success.

Fred Snow serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of DMA Industries, leading day-to-day operations and guiding the company’s global supply chain, commercial strategy, and organizational performance. He brings extensive executive experience managing international teams, complex operations, and large-scale business functions across the automotive aftermarket.
Fred has a strong background in global supply chain leadership, innovation, and operational excellence, with a proven track record of driving growth across international markets. His collaborative leadership style and deep understanding of global business help ensure DMA remains agile, customer-focused, and forward-thinking.
He is a lifelong automotive enthusiast, holds an MBA and bachelor’s degrees in Business Management and Economics and is actively involved in industry leadership initiatives and associations.

Kevin Stock serves as Chief Financial Officer for DMA Industries, providing strategic financial leadership to support the company’s growth and operational excellence. He oversees Finance, Treasury, Risk Management, Supply Chain, Legal, IT, and Quality functions, helping drive performance, scalability, and sound business decisions across the organization.
With extensive experience modernizing financial systems and improving operational efficiency, Kevin brings strong expertise in financial strategy, cross-functional leadership, and international operations, including mergers and acquisitions. He is known for translating complex financial insights into practical strategies that support sustainable growth.
Kevin holds a degree in Accounting, is a Certified Public Accountant, and has completed executive education programs at leading institutions. At DMA, he focuses on building a strong financial foundation that supports innovation and long-term success.

Maria Treece serves as Chief Process Integration Officer for DMA Industries, where she leads cross-functional process alignment, operational efficiency initiatives, and customer experience strategy across the organization. She focuses on connecting teams, systems, and workflows to ensure seamless operations and consistent service excellence.
Maria brings more than two decades of operational leadership experience spanning HR, customer service, domestic and international supply chain management, inventory control, production oversight, and accounting. She has a strong track record of improving performance, building high-functioning teams, and guiding organizations through growth and transformation. Earlier in her career, she also worked in research and development and regulatory compliance, leading training programs and quality initiatives.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and has completed numerous executive-level training programs. Known for her hands-on leadership style and people-first mindset, Maria is passionate about creating efficient processes that empower teams and deliver exceptional results for customers.

Olga McIntyre serves as Chief Information Officer for DMA Industries, where she leads the company’s Information Technology and Web Services strategy. She is responsible for advancing DMA’s technology infrastructure, improving service delivery, and ensuring systems and digital tools effectively support business growth and operational efficiency.
Since joining DMA in 2013, Olga has guided the development and support of critical business applications, strengthened the company’s online presence, and led strategic initiatives that modernize and streamline technology operations. Her focus on building flexible, scalable, and responsive systems helps empower teams across the organization to work smarter and more efficiently.
Olga brings more than a decade of experience in IT consulting, web development, and software engineering, combining technical expertise with a strong understanding of business needs. She holds graduate degrees in Web Development and Computer Programming and is passionate about leveraging technology to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Dianne Drew brings nearly 30 years of progressive human resources experience across manufacturing and corporate environments. She leads DMA’s HR strategy and operations, supporting workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, and talent development across the organization.
Prior to joining DMA, Dianne served in senior HR leadership roles overseeing multiple manufacturing sites, corporate offices, and distribution facilities. She has extensive experience managing HR teams, partnering with operational leaders, and implementing initiatives in talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, employee relations, and workforce compliance.
Dianne also brings a strong foundation in accounting and business operations, providing valuable insight into financial and operational processes that support HR strategy.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Coker College.

Jordan Treece serves as DMA’s Senior Director of Product Management and Marketing, overseeing Marketing, Product Management, Cataloging and Pricing teams, and DMA’s Factory Joint Ventures. She ensures alignment across product innovation, go-to-market strategy, and brand storytelling, connecting product development, pricing, positioning, and marketing execution to deliver maximum value to customers and support DMA’s growth strategy.
Jordan joined DMA in 2018 and has held key leadership roles including Product Manager, Strategic Account Manager, and Global Factory Liaison. Her experience working closely with major customers and international manufacturing partners provides deep insight into customer expectations, global operations, and the U.S. aftermarket requirements.
Today, Jordan leverages her extensive product knowledge, customer relationships, and cross-functional experience to ensure DMA’s product roadmap translates into clear, consistent, and market-ready execution.

Ray Glunz serves as Vice President of Demand Planning, Procurement & Inventory Control at DMA Industries, where he leads inventory forecasting, sourcing strategy, and materials management to ensure consistent product availability and a stable, reliable supply for customers.
With more than 30 years of experience across supply chain, operations, and materials management, Ray has built a strong track record of optimizing global supply networks, improving forecasting accuracy, and driving efficient inventory performance. He has led large-scale demand planning and procurement functions, managed complex SKU portfolios, and developed processes that streamline operations while supporting growth.
Known for his results-driven approach and operational discipline, Ray plays a critical role in strengthening DMA’s supply chain resilience and delivering dependable service across the organization.

Brian Jack brings nearly 20 years of engineering experience in both the automotive aftermarket and original equipment sectors, with deep expertise in fuel pumps and electronic product categories. His background combines technical knowledge, product development leadership, and quality management within complex, high-performance manufacturing environments.
Prior to joining DMA, Brian held senior engineering roles with a global OE and aftermarket manufacturer, supporting product development and engineering initiatives across multiple markets.
At DMA, Brian leads product research and development, overseeing engineering for new products while guiding quality and warranty programs to ensure performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction. His approach emphasizes disciplined processes, continuous improvement, and delivering products that meet the evolving needs of the aftermarket.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science from Aston University in Birmingham, England, and an Executive MBA from Lancaster University in Lancaster, England.

George Evanego serves as VP of DC Operations for DMA. Throughout his career, George has held roles in prominent organizations, with a significant portion of his career in the automotive aftermarket. Key positions he has held include Director of Warehouse Operations at Opici Family Distributing, Director of Operations at CRP Industries, and Branch Manager at Uline.
George’s qualifications include driving high-performance teams, implementing ERP, WMS, and Business Intelligence systems, and achieving significant cost savings and efficiency improvements. He holds an MBA from Monmouth University and a BSBA from Montclair University.

Dan brings a strong background in operational leadership, team development, and strategic execution, supported by extensive military leadership experience. He oversees distribution center operations with a focus on efficiency, safety, and consistent performance across facilities.
Prior to joining DMA, Dan served in the Indiana Army National Guard as Director of the Army Institution of Education, where he led multi-site operations, supported cross-functional teams, strengthened standard operating procedures, and managed large-scale training and facility initiatives.
Dan’s experience includes process improvement, workforce development, and operational planning, helping teams execute reliably while maintaining compliance and safety standards. His disciplined, systems-focused approach supports DMA’s continued growth and operational consistency.
He holds an MBA in Finance, a Master of Operational Studies, and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice.

Tabitha brings extensive experience to DMA, leading customer care operations with a steady, service-focused approach. She is responsible for overseeing the Customer Service team and ensuring consistent, responsive support for customers across all channels.
Known for her practical leadership style and strong communication skills, Tabitha works closely with both customers and internal teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and maintain reliable day-to-day service. She prioritizes clear expectations, accountability, and teamwork to help her team deliver accurate and timely solutions.
Tabitha’s deep knowledge of DMA’s products, customers, and operations allows her to effectively manage urgent needs while supporting long-term improvements that strengthen the overall customer experience.

T.J. Fontana brings over 30 years of premier executive leadership and deep-market expertise to his role as Vice President of HD Commercial Sales for Bulldog HD. A veteran of the heavy-duty aftermarket industry, T.J. has a proven track record of scaling commercial vehicle divisions and driving multi-channel growth across the US and Canada.
Prior to joining the team, he served as the Director of Sales for Dayco Products LLC, where he successfully engineered sales strategies across traditional light vehicle, retail, and heavy-duty sectors. His extensive leadership background also includes tenure as the Director of Sales for Tenneco’s Commercial Vehicle division. At Bulldog HD, T.J. leverages his deep industry relationships and strategic vision to expand our market footprint and deliver unmatched commercial solutions to our partners.

Bryan Thomas serves as Director of Operations Facility & Equipment Management, where he oversees the management and maintenance of all DMA properties, including our 1.4 million square feet of distribution facilities.
Bryan brings to DMA a successful 30-year background of proven experience in managing production and manufacturing operations along with their facilities. Prior to joining DMA, Mr. Thomas had previously owned and operated Thomas Remodeling, LLC. where he specialized in facility renovations. His company assisted DMA in our transition to our new HQ facility in 2019 and most recently in the acquisition of our Greer, South Carolina Distribution Facility. Combined with his strong people leadership skills, Brian is instrumental in assisting DMA as we continue to grow our operations at an exponential rate.
